These Terms and Conditions (“Terms”) govern your access to and use of the website truexperience.co (the “Site”), all Tru Experience courses, programs, materials, and related services (collectively, the “Services”) provided by Tru Tribe LLC (“we,” “us,” or “our”).

By accessing the Site, enrolling in a course, or using any Services, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the Site or Services.

1. Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years old (or the age of majority in your jurisdiction) to use the Services. By enrolling, you represent that you meet this requirement.

2. Courses and Certification Disclaimer

Our courses are training programs taught by industry veterans to prepare you for nationally recognized certification exams. We do not issue certifications ourselves. Passing our course does not guarantee you will pass any official exam or receive any certification. All certifications are issued solely by independent certifying bodies (e.g., NREMT, AWS, NCCER, etc.). We provide preparation only — check the official certifying body’s site for exam requirements, fees, and rules.

3. Enrollment and Payment

Prices are listed on the course page and are in USD.

Payment is due in full (or per approved payment plan) at enrollment via our secure processor.

You authorize us (or our processor) to charge your selected payment method.

All sales are final unless stated otherwise in the specific course refund policy (see below).

4. Refund and Cancellation Policy

We stand behind our training, but courses are non-refundable except as follows:

Self-paced online modules: No refunds after access is granted (typically within 24 hours), as digital content is immediately delivered.

Courses with live sessions: Full refund if requested in writing within 7 days of enrollment and before the first live session. After that, no refunds — but you may transfer to a future cohort if space allows (one-time only).

No-shows or incomplete participation do not qualify for refunds. Contact [email protected] for requests.

5. SMS/Text Messaging Terms

By providing your phone number and opting in, you agree to receive text messages from Tru Tribe LLC, which may include:

Alerts (account notifications, enrollment confirmations)

Notifications (course reminders, service updates)

Promotions (special offers, discounts — only if you have opted in to marketing messages)

Message Frequency:
Message frequency may vary based on your interaction with our Services.

Opt-Out:
To stop receiving messages, reply STOP to any text message.

Fees:
Message and data rates may apply. Check with your carrier for details.

Carrier Disclaimer:
Carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages.

6. Intellectual Property

All course content (videos, PDFs, quizzes, live sessions, etc.) is owned by us or our licensors and protected by copyright. You are granted a limited, non-transferable license to access and use materials for personal training only during your enrollment period.

You may not:

Record, reproduce, or distribute materials

Share login credentials

Teach or reuse content without written permission

Violation may result in termination of access and legal action.

7. User Conduct

You agree not to:

Share login credentials

Harass instructors or other students

Copy or distribute materials

Use the Services for illegal purposes

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate access for violations.

8. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, we are not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the Services (including lost wages, failed exams, or career impacts). Our total liability shall not exceed the amount you paid for the specific course.

9. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Utah, without regard to conflict of laws principles. Any disputes shall be resolved through binding arbitration in Salt Lake County, Utah, or in small claims court where applicable.

10. Changes to Terms

We may update these Terms at any time. Continued use of the Services after changes constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
